A.

For well over 16 years we have successfully been pumping up service department numbers, nationwide.

Our customers report back to us that they consistently have returns over 10 times the cost of the mailer directly attributable to the mailer.

Q?WHO WILL GET THIS AD?
A.

We consistently have the biggest success going to your own customer base. They have been there before. They know you. GIVE THEM A GOOD REASON TO COME BACK NOW!

Q?HOW MANY SHOULD I SEND?
A.

My consistently accurate measure of that has been: 800 customers per technician; looking back to 3 years service activity.

Q?HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
A.

The best place is to send me the coupon specials or service message you want your customers to get. More coupons, more space.

Q?WHAT STYLE MAILER ADS ARE THERE?
A.

We build a few different size mailers, depending on your coupon count or information.

Q?What is Direct Mail?
A.

Direct mail encompasses a wide variety of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, postcards, newsletters and sales letters. Major corporations know that direct-mail advertising is one of the most effective and profitable ways to reach out to new and existing clients.

Q?How much will postage cost?
A.

Postage costs are dependent upon the size, weight and thickness of your printed piece, as well as the class of service you choose (First Class Presorted, Standard, or Nonprofit). Please contact our customer service team to get an estimated postage amount for your mailing project.

Q?What Class of mail should I choose?
A.

Consider the class that best suits your budget and delivery time of your project. If you have a time sensitive project you may want to consider First Class Presorted mail which delivers typically within 2-3 business days and automatically includes return service for undeliverable addresses. If you need to be more cost conscious, you may want to consider mailing Standard or Nonprofit, which has a general delivery timeframe of 3 to 7 business days and up to 14 days. (Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays). Mail delivery time is not guaranteed by USPS.

Q?What turn around can expect for mailing?
A.

Once submitted to the Post Office, delivery to the addressee can vary considerably depending on the class of mail, processing category and target area.

Q?What format do you accept for mailing lists?
A.

We accept all conventional database formats but prefer Excel, Access, Dbase, or comma delimited text files.

Q?What is a Tri-fold?
A.

Trifolds or folded mailers must be double tabbed in order to mail. Another method is to apply glue spots or glue strips. Please inquire about these and other options.
